A two-vehicle head-on crash on the Far Southwest Side of Chicago left two people dead and one injured. The accident occurred in the wee hours of January 13, 2013, at the 3400 block of West 115th Street. Police said it appeared that one car had crossed the center line and struck a car coming in the opposite direction. Both drivers were killed; one was identified as Sean Larmon, 36, and the name of the other had not yet been released. A female passenger was also injured and was taken to a local hospital, where her condition was listed as serious.
